We have launched a Stop24 Coach Club offering excellent benefits to all coach drivers.

Receive a £5 Stop24 reward voucher Collect your £5 Stop 24 voucher from the Visitor Centre (open 7 days a week 10.00 – 17.00) which can be redeemed in full or part payment at any outlet within Stop24 excluding purchases from the Shell Filling Station. Please present your journey form to the Visitor Centre to collect your reward voucher.

We have recognized the need to develop the service we offer to coach operators and drivers and are delighted to announce the launch of our coach interchange service. Stop24’s Interchange Area enables coach operators to transfer their passengers from one vehicle to another in complete safety and security.  Stop 24 can, if required, provide a Meet and Greet Service for passengers, refreshments for delayed travelers and up to date information regarding coach departures via the loud speaker system to ensure efficient transfers.
 
If you experience breakdowns or require stock items, help is at hand from Buzzlines of Hythe, Kent. Located only minutes down the road, Buzzlines offer a 24 hour breakdown and recovery service with engineers on call and, if necessary, they will even provide you with a replacement coach.

Along with these excellent Stop24 Coach Club benefits, you can feel confident in the high level of service and facilities that you and your passengers will enjoy at Stop24.

How to join
To join the Stop24 Coach Club, fill in the attached application form or pick up a form when you visit Stop24.
Send the completed form and a copy of your driving licence to:

Your personalised card will normally be delivered within 7 working days.

Coach Driver’s Policy
This policy has been written to clarify Stop24’s policy on rewarding loyal coach drivers when they visit Stop24:

• For 1p you are entitled to a main meal, a hot or cold beverage and a dessert from any of our food options when you stop in a professional capacity with a minimum of 20 passengers.
• We ask that all entitlements are consumed on the premises. This entitlement may only be used once in any 5 hour period.
• If you are not a member of the Stop24 Coach Club you will be required to join to benefit from this scheme. As a member you will receive a personalised membership card which you will be required to present each time you collect your reward.
• Our Stop24 reward vouchers are designed to reward Coach Drivers who bring customers in to our business. Vouchers can be collected from the Site Manager and are for the benefit of the Coach Driver exclusively.
• Only one Coach Driver per coach will receive a voucher
• Coach Drivers must be traveling with and bring a minimum of 20 passengers into the STOP24 services centre
• A valid membership card must be produced

• Stop24 Coach Club membership cards are issued at the sole discretion of Stop24 and upon acceptance of a completed application form.
• One membership card shall be issued to each Driver ( “the applicant”) named on the application form
• The company reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time
• The company reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions of use and the Membership entitlements at any time without notification
• The information given on the application form will be stored on computer and used for the administration of the scheme.
• A visit in a professional capacity is a rest stop with passengers/groups, meeting a group, pick up or drop off, change over and jobs with a work sheet.
• Details supplied may be used for promotional purposes.
